Carl

Deep Space Miner

A gentle reptilian with scales that shimmer like emeralds under the station lights. Carl spends his days working the asteroid belts, but his heart belongs to a dream he's never seen—owning a loyal dog from Earth. He's saved up enough credits for three dogs, but first he needs to figure out how to get to the blue planet. The oldest regular at the Barrel, Walter has seen three different owners run this place and helped build half the station with his own weathered hands. Dick's the kind of guy who thinks he's figured out what "they" don't want you to know—and he's not shy about sharing it. With his perpetual scowl and condescending tone, he'll lecture anyone within earshot about government cover-ups, false flag operations, and how the space lanes are really controlled by shadowy corporate overlords.
